Not Feeling It?

If your print arrives and you’re not totally happy with the quality, SORRY! Just kidding! Simply reach out to me within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll make it right. You can email me at ali@skyqueenstudio or fill out the contact form on my website.

What to Include

When you reach out, please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Your contact information

Next Steps

Once I hear from you, we’ll figure out the best way to fix the issue, whether that's sending a replacement or issuing a refund. I’m committed to making sure you’re satisfied with your purchase!

A Few Notes

• Returns are accepted on prints that are in their original condition.
• You’ll be responsible for shipping the item back if a return is necessary, but I'll cover the cost of sending a replacement.
• Custom orders and commissioned pieces are final sale, but if there’s an issue, please let me know, and we’ll work something out.

Thanks for choosing to add one of my collage prints to your collection! Here’s everything you need to know about how I get your art to you:

Processing Time

I personally handle all the orders, so please allow 3-5 business days for your print to be processed and packaged with care. If there’s any delay, I’ll be sure to let you know right away.

Shipping Options

I offer the following shipping options to make sure your print arrives safely:

Standard Shipping: 

Typically takes 5-7 business days.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can keep an eye on its journey.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: $5 flat rate for orders within the U.S.

Packaging

Each print is carefully packaged in a protective sleeve and sturdy mailer to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. I want your art to look as amazing on your wall as it does in my studio!

Missing or Damaged Prints

If your print hasn’t arrived or was damaged during shipping, please reach out to me as soon as possible at ali@skyqueenstudio. I’ll do everything I can to make it right.
